1) Outstanding Building Safety Award, Gold Level, from 2023 BSA Building Safety Awards, the Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning, the Ministry of Interior

In 2021
The Company prioritized health and hygiene amidst the heavy spread of infectious COVID-19
Having won the Department of Health’s award for “large workplaces, offices, organizations, establishments (not factory) that are compliant to the standards for protection from COVID-19 for establishments”. We also won the “Gold” BSA Building Safety Awards 2021 from the Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning. The awards are a testament to our commitment to care for the tenants in the building. In addition, in partnership with the Social Security Office, we offered a space as a COVID-19 vaccination site for those insured under section 33.

SUNTOWERS was won the “Platinum” BBA Building Safety Award 2019 from Ministry of Interior.

Performance Overview
SPRIME invested in the right to lease certain land plots and certain spaces of SUNTOWERS such as office spaces, conference spaces, fitness centers and common areas, parking areas and building systems for a term of 30 years. The REIT entered into a lease agreement of the following assets:

Land plots under seven land title deeds: deeds no. 35754, 35755, 35951, 35953 and 35959 and some parts of the land plots under deeds number 35950 and 35960 located in Lardyao Sub-District (North Bangsue), Bangkhen District (Bangsue), Bangkok, totaling approximately 5 Rai, 2 Ngarn, 2.8 Square Wa.

Work systems of SUNTOWERS Complex cover public utility and relevant equipment, including air-conditioning, electricity, sanitation, communication, passenger lift and escalators, security, fire prevention and extinguishing system, building automation system and parking management system.

/1 Total gross floor area of SUNTOWERS is approximately 122,965 sq.m. In this investment, the REIT did not invest in retail space and certain common areas that are currently used for retail shops and parking spaces which are currently leaseable, totaling approximately 4,137 sq.m. However, in the future, the REIT will make additional investments in these areas. /2 Total office spaces for rent may change depending on the space requirements of each of the tenants.
